1. Purpose

Culture Tatouage offers tattoo ideas and a tool that creates tattoo designs with artificial intelligence, then lets you try them on a photo. These terms govern the use of the site and of this tool.

2. Account

To generate a design, you need to create an account with your email address. There is no password: each time you sign in, you receive a single-use link, valid for 15 minutes. The security of your account therefore depends on the security of your mailbox.

The service is reserved for people aged at least [À COMPLÉTER : âge minimum, par exemple 15 ans] .

3. Credits

• When you sign up, you receive 3 free credits.
• A generation of 4 variations costs 1 credit.
• A realistic AI render on your photo costs 1 credit.
• The 2D photo try-on, which runs in your browser, is free and unlimited.
• No credit is deducted if a generation fails or if your request is refused.
• Credits have no monetary value: they can be neither refunded nor transferred.

4. Rules of use

You may not request:

• protected characters, logos or brands;
• real people identified by name;
• hateful or sexual content.

These requests are refused automatically, without deducting any credit. For the photo try-on, only use photos of yourself, or of a person who has given you their consent.

5. Generated designs

Your designs stay private: they are not published on the site. You can download them for your personal use, in particular to show them to a tattoo artist, and delete them at any time.

Designs are produced by an artificial intelligence model. We do not guarantee that they are original within the meaning of copyright law, nor that they do not resemble any existing work. [À COMPLÉTER : clause sur les droits d'utilisation des designs, à faire valider par un juriste]

6. Disclaimer

Designs and photo try-ons are aids to inspiration. The try-on does not show how a tattoo will actually look on your skin, nor how it will change over time. A tattoo must be done by a registered professional trained in hygiene rules.

7. Availability and liability

The service depends on external artificial intelligence providers and may be interrupted or slowed down. We do our best to keep it running, without being able to guarantee it.
